NOTICE OF SALE OF REAL PROPERTY

The Board of Trustees of the Greenville Independent School District (“GISD”) hereby serves notice that it will accept sealed bids for the following real property and all improvements to the property:

The surface only and any improvements thereto described as being certain lot, tract or parcel of land lying and being situated in Original Town of Greenville Block 280, Lot 4-6, 7B, 9B, 11, commonly known as 3005 Division Street, Greenville, Hunt County, Texas 75401.

The property will be conveyed subject to the exceptions and reservations contained in the Bid Package, including the reservation and exception that this is a conveyance of the surface only.  GISD reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality in bids received.  Bids received after the deadline or faxed bids will not be considered.

MINIMUM BID: $70,000
